Refund policy
All sales are final, therefore no refunds will be permitted. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. No returns will be accepted beyond the 7 day time limit. Returns are only for the purpose of product exchange. If you return your purchase, you will have to exchange it with an item of the same value or more. If the replacement product costs more, then the customer will be eligible to pay the amount in excess.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@aclasspro.co.za We will only accept a return if item has a problem or mistake made on our side. You cannot return an order because you changed your mind, for example as all sales are final. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns will be for exchange, as no refunds are to be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on all our machine made wigs (as we cannot ascertain the product is unused), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
